The Role – Executive Assistant
Due to internal promotion, we now seek a wonderful Executive Assistant to work for our CEO alongside a fun, passionate, and growing team. This is a dynamic role which offers the opportunity for your development and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role entails all the normal aspects of an Executive Assistant, but within the context of a fast growth startup, working with the world’s largest companies and the world’s most senior leaders. Our CEO is entrepreneurial, strategic and empowering, and requires a hands-on EA/PA who is super smart, loves taking the initiative, works autonomously, and ensures the job gets done.
Key requirements: minimum five years experience involving a proactive approach, a desire to get involved in projects, with excellent attention to detail and perfect written English. Key aspects of the role include diary management, email management, drafting documents/emails, PA duties, liaising with stakeholders, knowledge/experience of finance, HR and sales. In short, we need someone who is a quick thinker, works at speed, thrives under challenge, wants to do more than a standard EA role, and has the flexibility to overcome barriers whilst upholding excellent standards.
We organise regular staff get-togethers which typically involve a lot of laughter!
The role is available to start immediately, and you would work from home. Mark is based in Malta but is often in London.
