Equality & Diversity
In the US, women make up only 20% of public company directors. That number drops to 18.6% in FTSE 350 companies. A third of the UK’s top 100 listed firms have no non-white board members.
We seek to redress the balance by working with organisations to increase diversity and inclusion, leading to better business.

Female Leadership Development
Within FTSE 100 and 250 companies, those with 3 or more women in their C-suite are 10 times more profitable than those with no women at the top. Despite this obvious shortfall, only 39% of major UK companies have organised succession planning for women and only 17% have women leadership programmes.
Within the US, only 20% of C-suite roles are filled by women.
